Description
Blue Tide is hiring a Sr. Rail Logistics Coordinator for its fully operational re-refinery in Baytown, Texas. The role manages inbound and outbound railcar shipments, coordinates with Class I and short-line railroads and other transportation partners, maintains shipment records and patterns in a transportation management system, resolves delays and service disruptions, handles documentation and demurrage or detention charges, and supports production and delivery schedules. The position reports to the VP, Sales & Operations Planning and requires at least two years of rail logistics experience, preferably with bulk commodities, along with knowledge of rail systems, regulations, and railway safety standards.
