Axon is hiring a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist — Spectrum & Airspace in Washington DC to support the deployment and operation of Axon Air and Dedrone solutions. The role manages FCC spectrum licensing and authorization activities, FAA waivers and airspace authorizations, regulatory submissions, site and airspace analysis, technical documentation, and coordination with government personnel and internal teams. It requires a BS/BA or equivalent education, at least three years of relevant regulatory, aviation, telecommunications, wireless spectrum, UAS, compliance, or technical program management experience, and up to 40% primarily domestic travel. The base pay range is $87,900 to $140,640 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
