Description
The role provides pharmaceutical patient access and reimbursement support by investigating insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, maintaining patient and case files, coordinating product orders and therapy initiation, handling call-center inquiries, and reporting adverse events and quality issues. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 4–6 years of experience in insurance, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals, and knowledge of billing, coding, medical terminology, prior authorizations, and appeals. The position includes six weeks of Monday–Friday training followed by an eight-hour workday, with remote opportunities and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
