Description
UBC is hiring a Sr. Reimbursement Specialist to support pharmaceutical drug development and commercialization by investigating insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, maintaining patient and provider records, coordinating product orders and therapy initiation, handling call-center inquiries, and supporting REMS adverse-event reporting. The role is primarily remote, requires availability for an assigned full-time Eastern Time shift, and may involve occasional travel. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 4–6 years of experience in insurance, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals, with customer service or reimbursement experience; health insurance claims or patient accounting experience is preferred.
