Description
Enphase Energy is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer to design, develop, and conduct accelerated product life tests for its Solid-State Transformer platform. The role focuses on reliability test setups, product qualification, early-stage de-risking, new-part and product testing, and accelerated lifecycle testing, while partnering with the CTO organization and production and quality teams. Candidates need a B.E. in Engineering or Physics with at least four years of relevant industry experience, or a Master’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience, along with experience in design of experiments, electrical testing, power supplies, inverters, and medium-voltage systems. The base salary is $105,000 to $162,000 per year, with equity and benefits.
