Ouster is hiring a Senior Reliability and Verification Engineer to design test frameworks and validation strategies for autonomy and physical AI hardware. The role covers reliability test plans, AI compute-box validation, electrical and environmental stress testing, FMEA, root-cause analysis, and functional-safety validation. Candidates need at least eight years of experience with complex hardware verification, rugged electromechanical and compute systems, reliability physics, and failure investigations. The base salary is $140,000–$200,000, with possible equity and benefits.
