Meltwater is hiring a Sr Renewals Manager to drive on-time renewal revenue, manage renewal transactions and contract execution, track accounts in a CRM, develop quotes, negotiate legacy renewal upgrades, and communicate renewal options to customers. The role requires 5–8 years of renewals or customer success experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Chinese and English proficiency, and a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office.
