Avid Bioservices is hiring a full-time Sr. Research Associate in Process Development - Upstream to develop and optimize mammalian cell culture processes for recombinant protein production, conduct seed train and bioreactor studies, perform process validation, scale up and transfer processes to manufacturing, maintain cell culture equipment, analyze data, prepare reports, and supervise junior staff. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in biological or physical sciences, 4–5 years of relevant experience, scientific laboratory proficiency, and process validation experience. Compensation is $72,800–$91,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
