Description
Intermedia is hiring a Senior Resource Plane Platform Engineer to design, implement, operate, and evolve shared runtime services for its Internal Developer Platform. The role focuses on Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Elasticsearch platforms, infrastructure-as-code and GitOps automation, reliability and incident response, and integration with Kubernetes-adjacent services. It is primarily remote with occasional visits to the Coimbra office and requires a bachelor’s degree, senior experience with production-grade stateful distributed systems, and strong Linux, networking, storage, and distributed-systems expertise.
