Description
Intermedia is hiring a Senior Resource Plane Platform Engineer to design, implement, operate, and evolve shared runtime services for its Internal Developer Platform. The role owns production Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Elasticsearch platforms; applies SRE practices; builds Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps automation; defines platform guardrails; integrates services for self-service consumption; participates in on-call and incident response; and contributes to architecture and roadmap planning. The position is primarily remote with occasional visits to Bristol or London and requires a bachelor’s degree, senior experience with stateful distributed systems, and strong experience with the listed technologies and on-prem infrastructure.
