SpaceX is hiring a Senior RF Front-End Module Design Engineer to develop compact multi-chip RF front-end modules for Starlink Mobile, including 5G NR, LTE, and Wi-Fi applications. The role covers RFIC and passive-component integration, circuit and electromagnetic simulation, prototype characterization and debugging, supplier and test-plan management, production integration, and yield analysis. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, or computer science engineering and at least five years of RF or RFIC research or industry experience; the listed base salary is $160,000 to $225,000 per year.
