Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineering Technician to support the production of newly developed and legacy electronic systems in its Electronic Systems business area. The role performs complex test, calibration, troubleshooting, documentation, and equipment-maintenance activities for digital, analog, RF, electro-optical, and infrared electronic assemblies; may assist engineers with new-product testing; and provides guidance to supporting technicians. Candidates need technical training, 4–6 years of experience, an associate degree in Electronics Technology or a technical degree, advanced electronics knowledge, electronics test-and-measurement skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain or maintain a SECRET security clearance. The position may require travel and offers a principal-level salary of $64,500–$96,300 annually.
