Description
SpaceX is hiring a Senior RFIC Layout Designer to lead the layout discipline for custom analog and RFIC silicon projects supporting Starlink’s space and ground infrastructure. The role covers floor planning, power and ground distribution, RF and analog block layout, design rule and electrical checks, tape-out integration, foundry GDS sharing, and layout tool improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with 5+ years of IC layout experience, or 8+ years of IC layout experience without a degree. The position offers a Level 3 base salary of $140,000 to $235,000, medical, vision, and dental coverage, retirement and disability benefits, paid leave, and other perks.
