Amazon Logistics is hiring a Senior CRC Large Scale Event & Program Manager to coordinate contingency response plans and large-scale event programs across Last Mile, Middle Mile, Supply Chain, and other stakeholder teams. The role manages emergency actions, escalations, communications, workshops, strategic planning, and post-event outcomes while balancing safety, network resilience, and customer impact across pan-European and global teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher, experience with performance metrics, process improvement, Lean methodologies, complex projects, analytical work, and communication with senior leadership; logistics, security operations, risk management, incident response, and Lean Six Sigma experience are preferred.
