Coastal is hiring a Risk & Control Analyst III to lead and support oversight of Fintech Partner audits for its Banking-as-a-Service program. The role assists with risk assessments, audit scoping, scheduling, engagement letters, reports, findings, remediation, and trend analysis; coordinates with internal subject matter experts, partners, and external audit firms; and supports regulatory compliance across BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, Regulation E, and other applicable requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience plus at least five years of relevant bank internal audit or IT risk and controls experience, and is budgeted at $82,678-$90,000.
