Description
CTL Engineering is hiring a Sr. Roadway Design Engineer to design, analyze, and evaluate roadways for new construction, widening, and rehabilitation projects. The role leads NCDOT-compliant roadway projects, coordinates with public and governmental agencies, prepares engineering reports and drawings, conducts field inspections, troubleshoots construction issues, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, North Carolina P.E. licensure, extensive roadway engineering experience, knowledge of NCDOT standards, and proficiency with roadway design software.
