Intuitive is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Ion Advanced Product Development team to evaluate new market opportunities, prototype software features and algorithms, and develop proof-of-concept tools across embedded, algorithm, and GUI layers. The role requires strong C/C++, object-oriented programming, Python or Matlab, experience with software for physical or robotic systems on embedded Linux or QNX, and at least five years of relevant software development experience. The position involves independent ownership of projects in a fast-paced, exploratory research environment and may require vaccination documentation.
