SIG SAUER, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Robotic Systems Engineer to lead system-level design, integration, testing, validation, and lifecycle management for advanced robotic and autonomous platforms. The role owns architecture, sensor and actuator interfaces, HIL and field validation, reliability and safety analyses, DFM, supplier coordination, NPI transitions, and cross-functional program leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 7–10 years of experience leading complex robotic systems, and expertise in MATLAB/Simulink, C++/Python, ROS, sensor fusion, and system engineering. The position is exempt and includes technical mentorship, documentation, risk management, and compliance with defense and aerospace standards.
