Description
Lucid is hiring a Sr. Robotics Engineer to design, program, integrate, commission, optimize, and support advanced robotic systems in high-throughput automotive paint operations. The role leads electrical maintenance technicians, develops robot trajectories and application parameters, coordinates with OEMs and integrators, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, performs downtime analysis, and supports new model launches and automation projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or robotics field, at least five years of hands-on industrial robot experience in automotive paint shops or OEM/Tier 1 environments, and a proven record in commissioning high-throughput robotic paint applications.
