Mindlance is hiring a Senior Scrum Master to coach platform administration and operations teams in a Scaled Agile environment. The role focuses on adapting Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid practices to planned and unplanned operational work, improving flow, prioritization, predictability, and service-level transparency, and supporting Scaled Agile events and operating models. The position is 100% remote and requires SAFe Scrum Master certification, seven years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience, and three years coaching platform, infrastructure, cloud, SRE, service, or technical operations teams.
