USAble Life is hiring a remote Sr. Sales Performance Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for sales reporting and analytics. The role develops and automates complex reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Excel, and related tools; performs data modeling and analysis; supports revenue-growth initiatives; and escalates reporting issues. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant reporting experience, and 3–5 years of database-application experience. The anticipated base pay for new hires is $79,200 to $95,100, with an annual incentive plan, and the position requires 5% travel.
