Description
The Salesforce Tech Lead is a hands-on technical lead responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions. The role leads complex initiatives, guides developers, coordinates onshore and offshore teams, and owns technical delivery across Salesforce projects, integrations, production support, architecture, security, performance, testing, and technical debt. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of enterprise software development experience, and at least three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a base salary of $112,480 to $146,540 and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
