Description
The role leads and executes complex test programs for customer samples, including defining test plans, evaluating results, completing reports, managing project activities, operating and maintaining complex test equipment, training laboratory staff, and integrating continuous-improvement practices. It requires a university degree in engineering, engineering technology, industrial technology, manufacturing technology, or physics plus generally five years of directly related work experience or equivalent education and experience. The position is onsite in Fremont, California, with possible travel, and offers an estimated base salary of $130,500 to $165,000 plus a 10% target annual bonus and medical, dental, vision, wellness, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
