Description
KCAS Bio is hiring a Senior Scientist in its BioPharma Sciences group to lead biomarker method development using ligand binding assays, including ELISA, MSD, and other immunoassay platforms. The role covers assay design, optimization, troubleshooting, performance evaluation, qualification, validation, transfer, PK and immunogenicity/ADA method support, scientific mentoring, data interpretation, and regulatory-quality collaboration. Candidates need a biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related degree and at least five years of bioanalytical laboratory experience, with biomarker assay development and regulated bioanalytical experience preferred.
