AbbVie is hiring a Senior Scientist I to develop and implement automated, data-enabled workflows in early development sciences. The role focuses on physicochemical profiling, preclinical formulation screening, assay development, automation, workflow optimization, and the generation of traceable data to support developability assessments and AI/ML applications. The scientist will collaborate with cross-functional partners across discovery and development sciences and work with emerging modalities such as PROTACs and peptides. The position requires a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. and 10+ years of experience for a B.S. holder, 8+ years for an M.S. holder, or 0–3 years for a Ph.D. holder, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
