Description
The Pet Nutrition North America R&D Ingredient Specialist will evaluate and manage raw materials for pet food products, assess ingredient safety and quality, identify new ingredient opportunities, support product design and cost savings, draft ingredient specifications, and coordinate with suppliers, commercial buyers, and R&D stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in biological or food sciences, 2–5 years of R&D experience, and up to 10% travel; an MS or PhD is preferred. Mars does not sponsor visas for this role.
