Description
Cox Automotive is hiring a Senior Scrum Master contractor to support the Enterprise Data group’s transition to a spec-driven, design-first delivery model. The role facilitates Scrum and Lean/Kanban practices, scaled events, backlog and release planning, team coaching, impediment removal, cross-team orchestration, and continuous improvement across product, engineering, and platform teams. Candidates need a related BA/BS degree and 4+ years of Scrum experience, or an equivalent education and experience combination, along with experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, test automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. The position is open to remote work, may extend, and has potential to convert to full-time.
