Description
The Senior Scrum Master supports Mars Petcare’s digital-growth capabilities across Growth, Digital, and Platforms, working with multiple teams and complex product or value-streams. The role applies Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Agile delivery practices; improves collaboration, delivery flow, dependency management, and alignment; and provides Agile guidance to teams and senior stakeholders. It requires substantial Scrum or comparable Agile leadership experience, advanced Agile knowledge, strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and experience with distributed cross-functional teams and Agile delivery tools.
