Mindlance is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for a contract-to-hire arrangement with hybrid onsite work in Dallas, Texas, or Tampa, Florida. The role focuses on quality engineering, test automation, Agile delivery, and software development governance, including UI, API, backend, database, and data-quality testing; Java automation framework development; CI/CD integration; test strategy and risk-based testing; and audit-ready documentation.
