Netskope is hiring a Sr. SE Enablement Manager to bridge product engineering and field execution by building scalable technical frameworks, POV methodologies, and architectural playbooks. The role embeds in complex enterprise deals, coaches Solution Engineers, improves win rates and deal conversion, develops competitive and value-selling strategies, and manages SE accreditation, onboarding, and ecosystem enablement. Candidates need 10+ years of technical sales, solutions architecture, or technical enablement experience, strong enterprise sales credibility, modern cloud and security knowledge, and the ability to translate technology into business outcomes. The position offers a national United States OTE range of $85,500–$173,000 USD and may include health benefits.
