Description
The SEC Reporting Senior Analyst supports Grocery Outlet’s end-to-end external financial reporting, technical accounting, and equity-related accounting and reporting processes. The role prepares and reviews SEC filings, financial statements, disclosures, journal entries, reconciliations, audit schedules, and internal reporting; coordinates with accounting, legal, investor relations, audit, and other partners; and supports SOX 404 controls, disclosure research, process improvements, and special projects. It reports to the SEC Reporting Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least four years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience, and strong U.S. GAAP, SEC, PCAOB, and SOX knowledge. The base salary is $125,000–$145,000 annually, with bonus, equity, 401(k) profit sharing, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
