Hi Marley is hiring a Sr. AI Security Engineer to secure its internal AI environment, including LLM integrations, agent frameworks, MCP connectors, and data pipelines. The role covers threat modeling, adversarial testing, agent and MCP lifecycle governance, security controls, incident response, compliance documentation, and collaboration with AI Operations and Corporate IT. It requires 5+ years of security engineering experience, hands-on AI/ML systems experience, Python, AWS security, and familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks. The position is based in the Boston office for three days per week and offers an annual base salary of $121,000–$226,000 plus equity, retirement matching, and health, dental, and vision coverage.
