Disney is hiring a Senior Security Engineer (PAM) for its Global Information Security Identity and Access Management group. The role is primarily onsite in Orlando, Burbank, Seattle, or New York City, with four onsite days and one remote day per week. Responsibilities include designing and operating enterprise privileged access management platforms, automating PAM workflows, integrating controls with cloud and directory systems, supporting compliance and audits, conducting risk assessments, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need 5–7 years of cybersecurity or IAM experience, including 2–3 years focused on PAM, hands-on CyberArk or CA PAM administration, scripting and automation skills, compliance experience, and a STEM bachelor's degree.
