Early Warning is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to manage and improve its information security toolset, including vulnerability and configuration management, application and operating-system patching, certificate and vulnerability remediation, compliance documentation, security-tool integration, automation, incident support, and risk assessments. The role requires a bachelor’s or two-year degree in computer science or engineering, at least five years of general IT experience and three years of IT security experience, enterprise security-tool expertise, Linux and Windows administration, Python scripting, networking, firewall, and SSL/TLS knowledge. It is a hybrid position in Phoenix, Arizona, or Chicago, Illinois, with a base salary of $132,000 to $165,000 per year, no visa sponsorship, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and parental leave benefits.
