Description
Amazon Web Services is hiring a Senior Security Engineer for its Security Search and Observability organization. The role is dual-facing: field-facing for Asia-Pacific and Japan customers and partner-facing for third-party security providers. Responsibilities include implementing and guiding customers through threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, remediation, and AI-powered vulnerability management; identifying high-signal findings; creating correlated detections; reducing false positives; expanding coverage across cloud, runtime, and AI/ML workloads; and feeding customer and partner insights into product roadmaps. The role requires at least five years of relevant security and systems experience, knowledge of at least two programming languages, and collaboration across science, engineering, partner, and field teams.
