Description
Nutanix is hiring a Senior Serviceability Engineer in Bangalore to improve the serviceability, reliability, diagnostics, and usability of its products. The role partners with Engineering, Product Management, Support, QA, DevEx, Release Management, and Portal teams across the product lifecycle, including BRD development, defect resolution, serviceability validation testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-release field-data analysis. The position requires at least five years of KVM-based virtualization support experience, along with Windows, Linux, Python, x86, networking, and data-warehouse knowledge, and operates in a hybrid work environment.
