Description
UKG is hiring a Sr. Services Project Manager to deliver workforce management solutions and manage the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise-level customer projects. The role coordinates technical build teams, regional consultants, and program managers; leads requirements gathering, staffing, budgeting, risk mitigation, reporting, escalations, and executive meetings; develops customer relationships; and mentors project team members. The position requires 8–10 years of enterprise project deployment experience, shared-services project leadership, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
