Description
The Sr Shift Trainer reports to the Training and Competency Supervisor and leads field and OTS training and competency programs at the Port Arthur LNG facility. The role develops and administers training curricula, lesson plans, assessments, scenario exercises, and competency metrics; supports OTS systems delivery and maintenance; evaluates operator performance; conducts field observations and assessments; and mentors DCS Board Operators. The position also rotates through day-to-day operations, troubleshoots process deviations, and maintains safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
