Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Senior Structural Fitter/Shipfitter to measure, layout, cut, grind, form, drill, assemble, align, troubleshoot, and repair aluminum, steel, stainless, gasket, rubber, screen, and other structures. The role requires reading blueprints and engineering drawings, using welding and hand tools, maintaining records, inspecting work, and possibly directing others. Candidates need 3–5 years of related aluminum or shipyard experience, Tack Weld Certification, safety awareness, basic computer and math skills, and willingness to work rotating and extended shifts.
