Description
Skorpios Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Simulation Engineer specializing in optical and photonics modeling to develop and validate high-fidelity simulations for complex photonic integrated circuits. The role focuses on modeling active and passive III-V and silicon photonics devices, multi-physics and RF simulation, material and heterogeneous integration, and collaboration with in-house fab and device design teams to translate simulations into tapeout-ready layouts. The position requires deep expertise with photonics simulation tools, RF/mathematical tools, and semiconductor physics, plus an M.S. or Ph.D. and 10+ years of industrial experience.
