Baxter is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Gloucester to administer, operate, and monitor customer-facing digital health software applications and platforms on Microsoft Azure. The role covers Azure resource management, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, operations SLAs, monitoring dashboards, performance metrics, security and compliance documentation, and collaboration with DevOps engineers to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, prior site reliability and cloud infrastructure experience, enterprise engineering experience, Azure administration experience, Windows and Linux systems administration experience, and scripting and automation skills.
