Description
Molex is hiring a Senior SMT Process Engineer in Shanghai to establish new SMT processes and production lines, introduce SMT technologies, optimize layouts and process flows, improve efficiency and quality, lead project and system audits, support production troubleshooting, manage process controls and capability studies, design PCB panels, support DFM and R&D, and train SMT technicians. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electronic or materials engineering, at least eight years of electronic production experience in SMT, and experience with reflow soldering, SPI, and AOI; automotive production and quality systems, IATF 16949, IPC, VDA, BIQS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Six Sigma, and fluent English are also specified.
