Veeam is hiring a Backend Engineer to join a distributed agile team building a new SaaS platform for enterprise data analytics and applications. The role covers backend architecture, software design, development, testing, deployment, code review, performance monitoring, customer support, cloud infrastructure integration, and troubleshooting. Candidates need at least four years of software development experience, distributed-systems and cloud experience, strong Go, Python, C++, or Java knowledge, Linux and Bash skills, microservices and REST experience, SQL and NoSQL familiarity, and agile development experience.
