The role leads the design and delivery of large-scale, customer-facing platforms supporting millions of Ring devices, with responsibilities spanning distributed-system architecture, AWS-based fault tolerance, high-throughput real-time data processing, AI-first development, technical roadmap ownership, and mentoring. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, including modern programming, system architecture, mentoring or technical leadership, generative AI development, and front-end framework experience. The position offers a base salary of CAD 150,700 to 251,700 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and AD&D insurance.
