Ring is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer for its Cloud Connectivity organization in Toronto. The role owns the end-to-end design and delivery of large-scale, customer-facing platforms supporting millions of Ring devices, including ultra-high-throughput backend services, extensible data models, fault-tolerant distributed systems on AWS, real-time data processing, operational monitoring, and cross-functional product delivery. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, including modern programming, system architecture, leadership or mentoring, generative AI development, and front-end framework experience. The position offers a base salary of CAD 150,700 to 251,700 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and AD&D insurance.
