Rincon Research Corporation is hiring a Senior Software Developer to lead an Agile software development team of approximately five developers and guide the adoption of Agile processes in a CMMI Level 3 environment. The role involves C++/Python development with GitLab and Atlassian tools, containerized software, requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, customer-facing delivery, and collaboration with engineering and system engineering teams. The position is based in Chantilly, Virginia, with possible on-site customer work in the Chantilly, Dulles, and Sterling area, and requires a current TS/SCI security clearance and United States citizenship.
