AspenTech is hiring a Senior Software Developer for its Manufacturing and Supply Chain group to build software solutions for petrochemical companies. The role involves investigating modeling and optimization technologies, leading software development projects, designing and maintaining engineering applications, contributing to technical and functional design, solving technology challenges, and supporting product, marketing, services, and customer activities. Candidates need a BS in Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, 5–8 years of experience developing software for chemical, oil and gas, or refining processes, strong numerical methods and optimization knowledge, and C#/.NET programming experience.
