Description
Amazon is hiring a software engineer for its Optics team to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure services protecting AWS physical locations. The role owns end-to-end solutions in an Infrastructure as Code environment, addresses complex architecture and reliability challenges, automates operational inefficiencies, and contributes to code reviews and documentation. Candidates must have professional software-development experience, architecture and design experience, programming experience with a modern object-oriented language, experience in the last three years, and EU citizenship; a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and full software-development-life-cycle experience are preferred.
