Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer to build the foundational systems for personalized learning, AI-powered coaching, and associate development across its global Customer Service workforce. The role involves designing scalable services, generative-AI coaching capabilities, closed-loop performance systems, APIs, data models, experimentation, observability, and globally reliable infrastructure, while partnering with Product, Science, UX, and engineering teams. The engineer will also help shape early architecture and mentor other engineers.
