AWS IAM Identity Center is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to own and drive technical direction across its identity stack. The role involves designing, developing, and operating distributed systems at AWS scale, providing architectural leadership across multiple services and teams, owning complex technical designs, writing production-ready code, resolving cross-service challenges, mentoring engineers, and contributing to operational excellence. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, programming experience, design or architecture leadership experience, and mentorship or engineering-team leadership experience. The position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a base salary of CAD 150,700 to 251,700 annually.
